I do that by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to pay attention to your thoughts, behaviors, and feelings to facilitate more confidence in managing uncomfortable situations.
While everyone experiences anxiety, some people have the propensity to experience higher than normal levels of anxiety in a way that stinks. Know there are effective treatments for children, adolescents, and adults so that you can live your life the way you want… which for me personally involves a lot of chocolate.
